Daniel Paster

Daniel “Danny” Paster is a seasoned sales, training, and human resources leader with more than 28 years of experience supporting organizational growth, leadership development, and workforce strategy. He began his career in sales and advanced into field leadership and sales training, where he created cornerstone leadership programs that strengthened talent development across the organization.


Danny later transitioned into Human Resources at Altria, holding senior roles across manufacturing, HR shared services, and enterprise HR business partnering. He led union and labor relations, employee development, HR operations, and supported both domestic and international business units, including emerging ventures and global partnerships.


Throughout his career, Danny has brought a strategic, people-centered approach to talent planning, organizational effectiveness, and executive support. He holds a Master of Human Resources Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University.
