Dorian is the co-owner of Your Path Counseling Center, a mental health, executive coaching, and small business company based in Ashland, Virginia. He is a highly accomplished and results-oriented Executive Coach with a proven track record of partnering with executive leaders and small business owners to unlock their full potential and drive organizational success. Dorian has 21 years of experience in retail, having held executive roles in operations, franchise marketing, and franchise relations. Over the last 3 years, Dorian has leveraged “real world” experience and the latest leadership and behavioral psychology research to help leaders achieve their professional goals. Dorian specializes in guiding executives through role transitions, fostering personal growth, and enhancing leadership effectiveness. Over the last year, he has worked closely with Dr. Rudy Jackson of Kennesaw St. on the Power6 Leader program. The Power6 Leader program teaches executive frameworks and strategies for creating a culture of teamwork and protecting team momentum. In addition to executive coaching, he provides operational, marketing, and financial reporting consulting to small businesses.



Dorian has been a SCORE mentor for the last 2 years and currently organizes workshops throughout the Richmond area.
